To Add a User, first open the Manage tab;
observe that “Users” (highlighted in blue by the software) is the default;
and select Add.
In the lower pane, select the correct Role from the menu and enter the mandatory data (indicated in red) and all other pertinent information (sample provided below)...
…and then click Save.
