From the Login Screen press the Reset Password button.

After clicking the Reset Password button your internet browser will open to the screen below.  Enter your username and year you are resetting and click the Reset Password button. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email.    

After entering your username and year you will receive an email and a SMS (text message) with a temporary password.  The email and text will go to the email and phone you provided us when signing up.  The email will look like the screen shot below.
